With her first child coming very soon, Jill Dillard must have other things on her mind than whipping up labor-intensive meals.
On Tuesday night’s 19 Kids and Counting, Dillard made one “one of her favorite cheesecakes” as part of a care package for her mother-in-law, Cathy Dillard, who was traveling to Nebraska for more cancer treatments.
The Duggar daughter shared the recipe on Instagram after the episode ran: “For those of you who asked for the No Bake Cheesecake recipe from tonight’s show on #19kids here it is,” Dillard wrote.
The best thing about this dessert? It calls for only four ingredients: cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip and a pre-made graham cracker crust. Dillard also suggests adding some “fresh fruit for a tasty topping.”
The recipe is also featured on the Duggar family’s website, along with a slew of other family favorites. (Grandpa Duggar’s Favorite Banana Cake, anyone?) Most of the recipes are “Duggar-sized” so you can eat until your reality-TV-loving heart is content.
The Duggar girls make no secret of their love for all things sweet: Jill and Derick Dillard’s 2014 wedding featured more than 600 cupcakes, while her younger sister Jessa opted for a fully stocked ice cream sundae bar for her nuptials to Ben Seewald last November.
Get the Duggars’ no-bake cheesecake recipe below and whip it up in your own kitchen for an easy-to-make treat.
